Our principles
A record that can't be trusted protects no one.
NIC photos stay private
Only our verification staff ever see ID card images. Employers never do.
Search by exact NIC only
There's no browsing or searching by name. You must already know the NIC.
Identities can't be swapped
A NIC is locked to one account. Changes go through our admins.
Verified businesses only
Every business is checked before it can search or leave a record.

Frequently asked
Does it cost anything?
No. Vishwas Hire is free for employers and employees. There are no payments or subscriptions.
What do I need to register as an employee?
A personal email address (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook…), your mobile number, your NIC number, photos of the front and back of your NIC, and your CV.
Why can't employers use Gmail?
Employers must register with their company email so we can confirm they really represent that business.
Who can see my NIC photos?
Only Vishwas Hire staff checking your identity. Employers see your name, badge, contact details, CV and feedback from past employers.
My NIC was lost or replaced. What now?
Your NIC number is locked to your account so identities can't be swapped. Contact Vishwas Hire and an admin will update it for you.
